  • Watermelon is the perfect food to hydrate your body and does not sound blood sugar and has a glycemic load of four. Easier to hydrate your body than water because it has a different molecular structure that the cells can absorb in the body... eat watermelon everyday

I sat on a watermelon monodiet, but I do not advise you to repeat this, because there is too much sugar and a large load on the kidneys. Everything should have a measure. You can quench your thirst, feed off vitamins too.
