I’m usually good at making sure dishes get into the dishwasher, but bad at making sure the dishes are rinsed off and “food-free” before I put them in there. Disgusting, I know. The result is the occasional pot or pan with gunk fused onto it by the thousand-degree dishwasher water, and I have to spend several minutes scraping and scrubbing the offending dish clean.
