I don’t have any watermelon art in my house (unless the watermelon doodle on the dry-erase board in my kitchen qualifies as “art”), but if I did, I’d have the print above framed and hanging prominently somewhere in my kitchen.
It’s called “Las Sandias” (“the watermelons”) and it was created by a Mexican artist with a shop on Etsy. I like it because it’s simple. Just red, green, black and white. Nothing but watermelon, and that’s a good thing. The print measures 8 x 10 inches and can be framed however you’d like.
